Vero Beach Fine Arts Hibiscuc Festival of the arts, What to do in Vero Beach, April 7th and  april 8th, 2018, Fine Arts and Crafts Festival, Vero Beach Vero Beach, Florida– The Fifteenth Annual Hibiscus Festival is April 7th and 8th, 2018.  Artists can apply to the Fine Art and Fine Craft Show on ZAPP.  Over the years, the Hibiscus Festival Committee has strategically planned to expand the art element of the Hibiscus Festival. There are art galleries and studios on 14th Avenue and many businesses feature guest artists during the monthly Gallery Strolls.  Historic Downtown Vero Beach is an officially  recognized Arts District. Categories for the Hibiscus Festival Art show are Ceramics, Digital Art, Fiber, Glass, Graphics, Jewelry, Metal, Mixed Media, Oils/Acrylic, Photography, Sculpture, Watercolor and Wood.  Cash prizes will be awarded for Best in Show, First, Second and Third Places.      

      The Hibiscus Festival will feature musical entertainment in the Art Show and throughout the four block festival all day.  The festival features an energetic and lively atmosphere with and food on Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm.

Artists can apply to the Hibiscus Festival Fine Art and Fine Craft Show on ZAPP.  The ZAPP system enables individual artists to apply online to multiple art shows through one central Web site, www.ZAPPlication.org.   The online application process allows artists to directly upload digital images of artwork for jury review.  The deadline to apply is March 7th.  Artists will be notified by March 9th and have until March 28th to accept the show invitations.  The Hibiscus Festival Fine Art and Fine Craft Show is featured in the ZAPP Show calendar and can be found in their search with the word HIBISCUS.
