It is now three full weeks that I have had my Enagic water system. I pretty much don’t drink anything else. My juice drinking, soft drinking husband and son are getting there as well. They have always been supportive of me, and while trying to help me to stay on track, they are helping themselves too.
My stomach, which has always been my weak spot, is enjoying this Kangen water. I have only had to take tums once in the past two weeks, and I was taking the chewable tums several times a day, even after my gall bladder was removed. I use the Kangen water to rinse off my vegetables, and while my son was sick with the flu, we used the Kangen water to help him get better more quickly.
I don’t know if it’s supposed to help with this part or not, but here goes. My mother was rushed to the hospital last Thursday morning. I was notified while in the midst of one of my BNI team member’s presentations. Normally I would arrive at the hospital with a bundle of nerves and immediately my stomach would begin to hurt. But this time was different. I was able to calm myself down, and enter the emergency room without drama or internal pain. The only thing I have changed in my life is drinking the water treated by my new Enagic Water system.
I have also noticed that I am able to eat less. My stomach gets full faster, and I am not having those acidy feelings which often make me think I am hungry or need to eat something. I feel stronger for the first time in a long time. This year has gone by in a haze because I have felt so tired, dizzy, and ill most of the time. Now, although I am not ready to run a 5k just yet, I am able to take walks again around my neighborhood. I feel stronger mentally.
Check back in soon, I will let you know what’s happening with my journey, and don’t be afraid to share your Kangen journey with me.
